cancellation and refund

Orders placed & paid on weekday morning can only be cancelled before 2:00pm of the day of purchase.
Orders placed & paid beyond 2:00pm on weekdays (except Friday) can be cancelled before 2:00pm of the following day.
Orders placed & paid on Friday afternoon (beyond 2:00pm), on Holidays, and on weekend (Saturday and Sunday), may be cancelled before 2:00pm of the following business day (Monday).
Beyond this, you can no longer cancel your order and withdraw the payment made.

how to do?

Click Member Drop down Menu, Go to "My Orders"

Click "Cancellation" at left side Menu.

Refund

Only defective item are subject to refund.

Change of mind, you can only replace other item, cant be refunded.

reminder

We only reserve your items for maximum of 24 hours.

The Orders placed in the morning time shall be paid at the same day. and The Orders placed after 12:nn shall be paid before 10:00AM of the following day.

The Orders may cancelled automatically after the cutoff time.
